The Colbert Report Nails Visuals and Text for Optimal Audience Effect

I think I just got inspired. Now wouldn't it be cool if we could add text blurbs to our multi-media project videos like below? As non-commentary journalism students, we'd of course have to nix the satire. But, no joke (that's Colbert's department), his use of well-timed visuals and text is "instructive" in how to seize and sustain audience attention effectively, informatively and engagingly.
