"New Facebook Design is being Forced Upon Customers"

Just recently Mark Zuckerberg, 24 years-old and the creator of Facebook, just realized that after 4 1/2 years of having Facebook, it is very difficult to change the program without causing a huge uproar.

Ever since Zuckerberg unveiled the new Facebook design 7 weeks ago, to get people used to the new design, there are have been many groups that have formed rioting against the new facebook design and Zuckerberg is trying to handle the situation.

As of today, Wednesday, September 10, 2008, over 100 million customers of Facebook will need to start using the new Facebook design whether they like it or not, and we will see how this ends up for Zuckerberg. Since it was unveiled over 40 million have been trying the new Facebook and 30 million are viewing it as a positive thing and have not reverted back to the old Facebook.

"Any change can be a big deal to our users because this is how they connect with their family and friends," said Zuckberg. Most people are saying that they will not stop using facebook because it is still the best social networking out there. It will be interesting to see how this story pans out.

Today was actually the first day my Facebook homepage did not give me an option to switch from the new layout back to the "old."

I wonder if how many users will discontinue to use Facebook because of the new design switch. People tend to shy away from things they are not used to... or I may just be speaking for myself since I found Facebook hard to work with in the beginning, the new design is even more complicated.
